As a sense of restlessness grew, I started thinking about how I could change things.
Coming from a creative background, I thought a new career in the art world would be the next natural step, but something didn’t feel right. Truthfully, I felt lost and kept postponing any decisions, telling myself I’d figure it out once my daughter could catch the bus, turn 16, learn to drive, go off to university, and so on.
After 22 years in the same job, I was made redundant, leaving me no choice but to reassess my future—quite literally starting from scratch. But even then, I struggled to find the inspiration I needed to move forward.
What finally sparked excitement and optimism was reconnecting with one of my oldest school friends, who is a solution-focused hypnotherapist. Over the years, she had shared insights into her work, how it operates, and the people she helps. During one of our lunches, I had my own moment of clarity—an SFH revelation, if you will. I tapped into my own intellectual resources and discovered the solution to my own dilemma. I signed up to study solution-focused hypnotherapy, and I haven’t looked back since.

It’s impossible to get stuck in hypnosis. After each session, you’re guided back to full alertness, but even if not, you would naturally regain awareness on your own.
Most people can be hypnotized, as it’s a skill that can improve over time. However, hypnosis is always voluntary. If you don’t want to be hypnotized, you won’t be.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate you. However, if less than 24 hours' notice is given, I reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment. In the case of no-shows, the full session fee will be charged.
